Spring is here!

Hello sweet supporters! Spring has sprung, and there are new changes being made! Warm sunshine, blooming flowers, and bright roads ahead!

This weekend is Easter, and I have a family-filled weekend to say the least! My sister is flying in as well as her bf, and we are celebrating her birthday, my Mom's bday, and Easter!

Not doing any cooking this weekend, wanted to be easy-peasy and have time to enjoy family. But I did make a matzah ball soup from scratch for my sister's boyfriend, because he is Jewish I wanted to include his traditions in this weekend as well.

Hope everyone has a safe and fun holiday weekend, and go outside and bask in the new season!

cupcake and cake decorating class

Foodie Friends!




Tomorrow I will be attending a cupcake/cake decorating class, very excited! I get to meet and greet other friendly foodies, and partake in some dessert decorating (tasting too!)!!. Just in time for Heart Day, plenty of pink, sparkly, and cutsie cupcakes galore!

I've always wanted to decorate some cupcakes/cakes in a more structured way. I usually just find the good ol' butterknife  and spread the icing away, throw some sprinkles and call it a day! Here, I will be able to become as fancy free and perfectly precise with the details!

I will upload some pics as soon as I can! This will be my way of celebrating Heart Day, by doing something I love, and sharing my finished product with family, friends, and neighbors. I feel happy when I can bring a little joy in someone's day and that makes me feel good. How will you share your love for Heart Day?
